The affected surface is Cloudflare R2 object delivery through custom domains, a common pattern for images, files, scripts, commerce assets, and publisher media served through edge infrastructure. Cloudflare also lists separate active issues for OAuth client errors and WARP geolocation, but the R2 item is the discovery-critical surface.
